I really like this product compared to its counterpart NO-Xplode. While on this product everything energy related has been up for me, I like the fact that its not just caffeine and it has a bunch of energy boosting vitamins in there. The only bad part for me was the taste. It also doesnt really help for muscle growing but it really helped me with my strength. I gained 10 pds to my bench in 1 month. Boy boy boy.. BSN delivers again with a great product in Syntha-6. I got this product looking for a protein that tastes great and boy oh boy this one does. I got the banana flavor and Im suprised how much like a banana it tastes.. All other banana proteins ive tried tasted really chemical like and made me gag. Neways what I really like about this product is that it is time released and delivers the protein to you right when you need it. I always use this product pre and post workout and it has helped me recover quickly and helped me see better results in my muscle quicker. So far I have been taking this product for three months and I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle. I recommend taking this product twice on workout days and once on non workout days for maximum results. Also make sure to drink a lot of water because I noticed that my kidneys hurt when I didnt drink water.

A great multi product- No strings attached! This product is a great multi.. in fact one of the best I've tried because of its joint support. I really enjoy this product but the price is too much for my budget and the servings per day is a little too much. While on this product I experienced extra energy, I was sick less often, my joints felt better, I felt overall more healthy. Overall though If you got the cash I suggest you buy OT otherwise I suggest you buy a regular multi like Ultimate Man from Vitamin Shoppe. Ultimate Man does the trick except it doesn't have the joint support that Orange Triad has, but it still delivers for the nutrients you need. If you got weak joints and are looking to improve them for lifting or just looking to improve them for the heck of it then Orange Triad is definitely a great product to look into.
