Muscle milk by ctytosport is such a great product. I picked mine up at the local vitamin shoppe because I was curious of how great it was. This product is much more then a regular whey protein product. I am no scientist but this product incorporates much more then any other protein product. When I take this product and get my 32g of protein and bcaas I notice that it blows the competition away. I never recovered so quickly from a protein product. Another good part about this product is that it incorporates calories and some fat for those people who are looking to gain weight. If you are looking to lose weight then I suggest a regular protein product otherwise this one is the best bet. The taste is also really excellent and it mixes slightly well. The only negative part about this product is that it is kind of expensive for 16 servings. If you aren't on a budget though then definatley go for this product.

This product is one of the best nitric oxide formulas that I have ever had my pleasure to witness! This product by Gaspari Nutrition is one of the world's top notch Nitric oxide product. This product is way more then just a regular Nitric oxide. This product includes many proprietary blends that help you get the best energy boot possible. I would recommend this product any day to its counterpart n o xplode. When I first got it I couldnt wait to take it. I first ate 30 minutes before taking it and then I took it. After taking it you wait 30 minutes then you go workout. When I went to workout my pumps and vascularity was intense! I was able to pump out a lot more reps and I noticed I didn't get tired at all. I also felt way more motivated because of all the energy pumps. The superdumps that people are talking about didnt happen to me because I would recommend not taking it on an empty stomach and I would also recommend taking less than 3 scoops. Superpump best no product ever!

This product is such a great product. This product is a product like purple wraath where it helps you recover your muscle fibers more quick. Overall this product helps me workout much more during the week and I notice that I am barely sore. I recommend that you get the watermelon flavor if you got this product, I tried the apple flavor but it didn't live up to the Xtend quality. While on this product I have not been able to get off. So far in about 3 months I gained 7 pounds and really improved my strength. The mixability of this product is also really great. Also this product has the best bcaa / eaa profile that I have ever seen. I am pretty sure that it has more then purple wraath. I was actually able to lift uppder body 5x in one week because of the fact I wasn't sore! Yes 5 times! I also recommend to take this product with a whey protein product such as on whey protein to maximize results and recovery.

Orange Triad is definatley by far the best multi vitamin out there. This product incorporates a basic mineral/vitamin blend with a perfected joint support system. I can't go a day with out not taking this product. I always start my day off with 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night. The effects are extremely noticable. I notice my energy is up and I notice that my joints have definatley improved. Ever since starting orange triad I have been able to do whatever I want. I now play basketball and football on a regular basic. Being a middle class worker this product is kind of expensive, but it is definatley worth the results. For the past year whiel on it I haven't felt sick at all. I also feel much more nutritioned and I noticed that I am able to get more energy from the OT and more effective results while taking Orange Triad. I recommend that you take this product with protein and a creatine. I definatley recommend it.

I over read that this product was the product of the year so I decided to give it a try. When I first bought it I didnt know that there were 11 pills in each pak.. I was like whatever I am going to give this a try. Firstly the smell was horrendous and the packaging was really sketchy... it looked like I was holding drugs. After I took it I immediatley started throwing up and I felt really sick. I then went to the doctor and he told me that I overdosed on multivitamins. Later on that night my hair was also falling out. I would not recommend this product to everyone because of the fact that they just load a bunch of minerals and vitamins in the the pills without thinking about what they are putting into it. I would rather go for quality than quantity and I would go for a product like Orange Triad. Remember dont buy this product unless you want to waste money!
