    Diesel Energy Stix Haha these energy stix are pretty interesting they dont really work that well but i still like them because its just like candy. tastes pretty good. theyre like pixxy sticks pakced with energy enhancers or something. heres my experience

    i saw these at a store in a mall in las vegas after a severe table tennis competition before, and they looked pretty interesting so i decide to try one. well, i knid of got addicted to them like how you want to eat like 10 pixxy sticks. i ate meaybe 4 packs, but honestly, i did not feel a significant energy boost. its definitely not a hardcore energy booster like others, maybe they are good for workout sessions or something, but they taste pretty good!

    AcaiBerry The natrol acai berry capsules are 1000 mg capsules of freeze dried acai berry. the experience i had with this capsule were on the low side. companies claim that acai berry is the ultimate antioxidant and will lose you like 30 lbs in like 2 wks, but those are really exaggerated. i tried these after i came back from china, where i did not work out and weighed maybe 10 lbs more than usual, so i decided to see if these tablets worked. AS far as i could tell, it didnt really "dissolve" any weight, but it did suppress my appetitie a little. apparently there are omega 3 6 9 that make you not hungry, and that worked a little i guess. I didnt feel any otehr major effects.

    Fighter's Food The nutra bolics fighter's food is a really good meal supplement

    As far as i can tell, its like a protein enhancer / meal replacer that is made of like natural ingriedients. It is not anything extraordinary, i felt that it certainly got the job done better than other products. it is acai berry flavored so it tastes pretty good as well, not like that weird tasting crap of other meal replacements. there is also some pretty good nutritional and supplemental value. I felt that it made me really ready to workout and stuff. Also, there are like antioxidants, minerals and vitamins and stuff like that as an extra plus.

    Its worth a try if you havent already.

    Nutrition Bar The zone protein bar is a very cheap, good protein bar. They come in bulk for like 50 cents a bar, which i think a real good deal. Each bar gives you 15 or so grams of protein, which is not a lot, but you can get some from other places too. The bar comes in 2 flavors i have seen, though im pretty sure theres more. there is like strawberry yogurt flavor and chocolate fudge flavor. Both taste pretty good. The only downside to the protein bar is that it has a little high amount of sugar and fat, in comparison with the size of the bar. If you are not dieting, you should be fine.

    Shaklee cinch meal in a bar bars are a meal replacement and protein bar designed for weight loss. They are supposed to have enough nutrition to skip one meal for you, so you eat less. I really like these bars, except they are massively expensive, about 1.50 $ for each bar. As far as the bar is concerned, it is medium size, comes in all sorts of different flavors. The taste is very good to me, i like all the ones with chocolate. There are like some chemicals in it to help contain your hunger, and additionally there are no sugars, trans fats, and other bad stuff. If you can afford it, i would highly recommend these.
