Taste		I've got to hand it to them, BSN makes some tasty shakes.

Pump		If anyone is interested the recipe is 1/2cup pureed canned pure pumpkin 1 tbl Flax seed meal 1 scoop Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll powder 1 cup of water and Ice Its only 200 calories it makes for a super lite protein and fiber packed breakfast or snack or dessert for that matter.
Taste		I made a delicious Pumpkin Spice,Flax Smoothie with it this morning it was yummy.


Taste		So far this is my favorite tasting powder, I always use it in a blender, so not sure how well it combines in a shaker.


Texture		Mix this with 1/2 cup skim milk and it makes it nice and thick (milkshake)...but not so thick that you have to nearly chew it to get it down.
Taste		The taste isn't that great though, I have to pinch my nose to get it down sometimes.
Taste		I also don't like chocolate that much and was really looking for something that more tasted like nestle chocolate milk.


Taste		It is SUPER creamy and yummy and totally fills me up.
