Taste		Well the taste is ok i personally dont like vanilla flavor protein so next time im going to try something else

Texture		This shake gets very thick.

Mixes well		Don't try mixing with a shaker though or you will get clumps.

Taste		This was actually one of my first protein that i got and i have to say it does taste good, mix is hard because it all cloggy i would say this is used for to cook a muffin or a protein bar.


Texture		Don't mix it in your shaker, mine came out too thick, it smells like fresh cinnamon rolls
Taste		but has no taste, it seems like it'll be a nice bed time protien, its worth the 19 I spent

Texture		Very thick shake which didnt feel good going down, even if I tried to knock it back it was hard.

Value for money		Casein seems to be mostly cheap sodium casein and for whey it seems mostly cheap wpc.
Value for money		Not worth that price.


Taste		I thought it was like MHP Power Pak Pudding which is really pudding and tastes really good with 0 sugar and 30 grams of protien.


Muscle gain		I only take it once a day because I want to avoid gaining extra weight or more muscle mass.
Taste		Also, this flavor tastes great!
Anti-catabolic		I like it because I am trying to maintain my weight and muscle mass, and not gain any extra weight.
