Mixes well		In my opinion it doesn't mix well in a shaker with water and the powder clumps quite a bit.
Value for money		Also the tub it comes in isn't very big for the price, it's a little more expensive and there are fewer servings than other brands out there.

Taste		Waa not nearly as tasty as they claim, and loaded with fat.


Taste		I use the Whipped Vanilla and the banana cream pudding, the taste is phenomenal.
Taste		It tastes great with fat free milk and water as well.
Taste		I add an orange and ice to the vanilla for an orange creamcicle taste, for me it is very satisfying.
Taste		Like adding 8oz of cool brewed coffee (k-cup brewed over some ice), 1/2 cup of fat free milk and some cinnamon and nutmeg for a sort of cappuccino taste.
Taste		The only problem with BSN lean dessert protein shake is that it tastes so good you will want to drink it often, it IS that good!
Value for money		I just purchased the chocolate fudge pudding, I plan on using the recipes from another very expensive shake with it.
